CAPSULE FILLER INTI-SCF, MODEL NCB200C



Capsule filler with steel structure on wheels. Supplied with use and maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams.



MACHINERY FEATURES


  • Vacuum pump for opening capsules, positioned inside the machine structure
  • Electric control panel inside the machine structure
  • HMI control panel for adjusting the production and dosing speed
  • Cable for connection to the electrical network, and connector for connection to the pneumatic network



WORKING CYCLE


  • Manual loading of capsules into the hopper, or of the powdered product into the hopper of the powder dosing group
  • Manual positioning of the double format disc in the appropriate station. The double disc completes a full rotation and the correctly oriented capsules enter the disc pockets
  • The double disc is manually extracted from the feeding station and separated. In this way, there are two single discs, one containing the bases and one containing the lids
  • Place the single disc containing only the bases in the powder filling station. The powder feeding group will dose the product into the capsule bases, and once the single disc containing the bases has completed a full rotation, these will have been filled with the product
  • Manually position the disc with the lids on the disc containing the bases, and the double disc thus obtained in the pneumatic capsule closing station. The pneumatic group will activate to close the capsules and by rotating will convey them into the exit chute in a collection container previously positioned by the operator
