Stainless steel syringe filling machine for easy cleaning. Complies with current safety standards for packaging machines and auxiliary equipment; meets OSHA standards. Syringe included.

MACHINE FEATURES

• stainless steel exterior (AISI 304), flanges and machine table in anodized aluminum
• parts of the machine in contact with the product are finished in 316 L stainless steel
• parts above the machine table are in anodized aluminum, synthetic material and AISI 304 stainless steel

Piston cap insertion station

• complete cap insertion station with synchronized and cam-controlled insertion movements for the insertion tube and the insertion rod
• the insertion depth of the cap is adjusted by changing the height of the work table.
• a sorting unit for sorting tank Ø 250 mm
• minimum accumulation sensor on the external stopper feed guide
• linear vibratory drive for stopper feed

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• Output: up to 4,500 syringes/h (adjustable depending on syringe size, dosing volume, viscosity and other product characteristics)
• Syringe size range: HYPAK syringes from 0.5 ml to 20 ml
• Dosing range: 0.2 to 29 ml. Multiple filling possible

Dosing accuracy

• 0.2 to 0.6 ml srel: = ± 1.5 %
• 0.6 to 1 ml srel: = ± 1.0 %
• greater than 1 ml srel: = ± 0.5 %
