Universal semi-automatic blistering machine, ideal for deblistering capsules and tablets of various sizes and consistencies.

• equipped with safety guard that can be opened with a transparent polycarbonate casing system
• with a mobile stainless steel support and transparent PET-G or AISI 316L stainless steel trays, for the recovery of the product and waste material
• satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel base with swivel wheels
• built in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• manual loading of blisters
• up to 7 rows of pockets and a maximum blister width of 120 mm, to eliminate costs for format changes and storage of the same
• safety systems on the trays for the recovery of the product and waste material, which can be opened
• removing the tray stops the machine in emergency mode
• the products are recovered without any damage or contamination thanks to the rotating blade system
• does not require the use of compressed air
