KING TABLET/CAPSULE COUNTER + SACHET FILLER, MODEL TB4 (GMP)

Tablet counter mounted on top of a sachet filling machine. The machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of foil, for continuously forming sachets.

PRODUCTION DETAILS

• set up for sachet size: 150 mm l x 95 mm w (with 500 tablets)
• can be adjusted: to 75 mm l x 40 mm w
• the number of tablets can be adjusted

The product is loaded from the top. The bottom and sides are heat-sealed together to form the sachet with the loaded product. It then advances downwards, the top is sealed and the sachet cut off. The sealing of the top of the sachet forms the bottom of the next sachet.
