Automatic blister machine with an alternating system. Possibility of installing a forming system with pre-punches.

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• Production: 600-1,600 blisters/hour approx. (1 per stop), or 1,200-3,200 blisters/hour approx. (2 blisters per stop)
• Maximum blister format: 120 x 100 mm
• Maximum depth of alveoli: 15 mm
• Vertical and horizontal perforation can also be carried out simultaneously

• Production of blisters in alu-alu
• Production of blisters in pvc-alu

PROCESSING CHARACTERISTICS

• Product loading can be done manually by the operator or automatically using a universal loader
• Control system for angular position of camshaft rotation by absolute encoder, with an accuracy of 360 pulses/revolution
• Temperature controlled by 3 temperature controllers (2 dedicated to temperature control for forming, 1 for sealing)
• Setting of data and working cycles with operator panel managed by PLC Siemenes (CFR21 compliance)
