Automatic medium-speed vial washer, for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields.

MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

• 8 vial holders, can hold up to 7 vials in the neck
• Rotating feeding table with automatic loading of vials on the vial holders
• Piping system with silicone seals
• Transparent cover for visual verification of the washing process

• Dedicated media collectors: 1 for water, 1 for air
• Safety provisions to prevent water spraying when the cover is not above the washing chamber
• Intermittent spraying and automatic lid lift mechanism
• GMP design: all stainless steel 304 / 316L

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• Production: Up to 100 vials/min (according to vials size)
• Vials range: 2-100 ml (format parts are required)
• Format change: from 20 minutes
• Typical batch size: 10,000-25,000 vials

• Designed for the reduction of 3 log endotoxins
• PLC works with an HMI operator interface
• Internal surfaces are electroply polished
• Self-draining after the end of the batch
• Orbital welding used whenever possible
