Before the cartridges can be safely filled and closed, they need to undergo a thorough external cleaning to remove product residues and other contaminants, preventing harmful substances from compromising operator and patient safety.

The designed solutions allow to externally clean a wide variety of containers, with special emphasis on fast and easy operations.

Hot Air Laminar Flow Tunnel Type HQL 3320

This tunnel, highly flexible and cost-effective thanks to their modular set-up and high level of automation, uses dry heat to sterilize a wide range of containers safely and reliably, including pre-cleaned ampoules, cartridges, and syringes using the unidirectional airflow principle. 

Dry heat sterilization helps you achieve reproducible treatment quality while optimizing your energy requirements. This reliable sterilization process of containers contributes to product safety.

Our filling systems for pre-sterilized packaging combine flexibility and precision.
