Eco-friendly steam washing machine with customizable FSW modular system, can be easily adapted to any specific load configuration. Economical solution thanks to maximum performance, using steam (through a generator or a user line) to optimize performance while reducing operating costs. Complete with trolleys, controls and documentation.

• A closed loop piping recirculates the water without the need for a buffer tank. Steam injection during pre-wash softens most soils, thus reducing the detergents typically needed, as well as utilities and energy in general
• A conductivity meter controls the process to end the wash/rinse phase when the desired setpoint is reached
• Works with the Thema4 process controller
• A 0.22 um hydrophobic sterile filter cartridge and a HEPA (H14) filter allow sterile air injection for improved drying
