SCHEDIO ISOLATOR, MODEL S30C

Powder grinding and dosing system with double isolator. The application scope of the system starts from products with granulometric dimensions of up to a few millimeters, to reach a medium fineness granulometry in the order of 300-500 microns, subsequently dosing the product in aluminum bins of different volumes. The pneumatic transport and powder dosing system in the isolator allows interfacing with a mechanical mill for grinding dry solid powders in aseptic conditions and with an adequate degree of containment.

1) Milling Isolator

• Containment isolator with rounded edges r=20mm
• Liquid drainage through drain equipped with automatic valve
• Window sealing guaranteed by inflatable type gaskets
• Pharmaceutical execution to ensure rapid and effective cleaning. Internal lighting by LED spotlights, with external assembly

2) Dispensing isolator

Containment isolator with rounded edges r=20mm. The sealing of the windows is guaranteed by inflatable type gaskets. Pharmaceutical execution to ensure rapid and effective cleaning.

Liquid drainage through drain equipped with automatic valve. Internal lighting by LED spotlights, with external mounting.

3) Pneumatic transport

The pneumatic transport works in depression, the product is sucked by a collection cone of the product ground by the mill. It is then transferred through a flexible connection tube, complete with tri-clamp fittings, inside a cyclone filter with filter cartridge.

Side channel suction blower in aluminum alloy for rapid and flexible control of the suction pressure. The motor control is done through an inverter located in the main panel. The fan is positioned on the dispensing isolator platform.

4) Dosing system

The dosing procedure is automatically controlled by the PLC which regulates the opening of the dosing rotary valve based on the weight read by the bench scale (capacity 15kg, plate size 280x350mm).

The ground powder dosing system allows the product to be filled inside aluminum bins supplied by the customer.

5) Pneumatic distribution and control system

All pipes are made of AISI 316L with Tri-clamp connections. Service pipes (piloting, water drainage) made of rilsan. Different connections are used where required.
