Highly compact side loading case packer for packaging individual or bundled cartons into pre-glued cases or trays. Ideal for packaging products such as pharmaceutical items, the machine is suitable for different production needs. 

The machine is accessible, enabling simple, tool-free size changeover. Equipped with a horizontal case magazine for easy loading, the machine keeps the case upright during product insertion with the aid of suction cups fitted to the pick-up and forced opening arms. All the parts of the machine can be reached from the operator’s side without having to walk to the opposite side to reach the carton stacking unit. The size changeover can be carried out without using tools in about 10 minutes. 

The product coming from the line enters the conveyor belt that accompanies it to the stratifier. The product is stacked and introduced into the hopper by the pusher. The cardboard taken from the warehouse is presented open and receives the already formed series of stacked products; the machine closes the flaps of the cardboard with adhesive tape.
