Production phases:

• The product enters the machine. A check is made to see if there is insufficient product (minimum load);
• The product is taken from the belt to the grippers, which take a hold of it;
• The product is taken "in charge" by the system. A sensor helps stop the label in the correct position;
• Labelling, achieved by peeling the label off the backing at a sharp angle and adhesion by contact. A winder rotates the product, repeating the label over the entire surface. The product is checked for correct labelling;
• The product is extracted from the gripper. After a check, the product can be discarded or accepted.
• Exit of the good products;
• Check to see if there is excess product on exit (maximum load).
