Rotary type leak inspection machine, for small and large BFS products. The machines are designed and built according to the latest GMP guidelines.

PRODUCTION FEATURES

• The containers are fed to the tester on a conveyor belt
• A specially designed star wheel positions the containers continuously on the test rotor directly under one of the test stations
• Once positioned, the test chambers close and seal using a mechanical cam system
• A patented vacuum based leak test will detect the smallest leaks anywhere on the containers. Once the large leak detection has been successfully passed, small leaks are detected. Leaking containers are rejected by a foolproof reject mechanism.
