Optimal solution for dry heat sterilization and depyrogenation. It carries out discontinuous processes (batch type), and is the ideal solution for sterilizing all those productions in which the variability of products, batches and formats does not allow the use of continuous sterilizers such as tunnels.

MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

• The machine guarantees a level of particle contamination in the chamber never exceeding the values ​​imposed by class 100. This also occurs in the most critical phases such as heating and cooling, during which the filters themselves release high quantities of particles due to thermal expansion

• Versions with two built-in folding doors with a hinged door on two sides, made of AISI 304 stainless steel
• Thermal insulation that guarantees the operator adequate safety of use at the operating temperature in the chamber of 250 °C
• Centrifugal electric fans with special high-temperature watertight bearings to promote air circulation
• Heat exchanger in AISI 304 stainless steel for cooling

• Depyrogenation chamber in polished AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 1.5 mm
• Electric heating via finned and coated AISI 321 stainless steel resistances, mounted on a sliding frame for easy removal and maintenance
• 5 RTD PT100 probes
• Continuous filtration system of the air circulating in the chamber using 4 HEPA filters

• Continuous control and regulation of the overpressure of the sterilization chamber in relation to the pressure of the non-sterile and sterile areas
• Safety digital thermometer positioned on the non-sterile front that prevents the door from opening if the temperature in the chamber is high
• Stainless steel pass-through placed on the front in the Non-sterile area for the passage of validation probes
