A30 machine has been designed to be inserted downstream from filling and sterilizing lines and up-stream from labelling and packaging systems. Once loaded on the conveyor belt, the containers (ampoules, vials, cartridges) are sent to the inspection path, where all the inspections are carried out. The control process is completely automatic.

A swiveling operating panel equipped with pushbuttons and a touch screen PC provides the user interface, which allows the user to select or modify the inspection parameters and to print production reports; it also displays some diagnostic information about the state of the various parts of the ma-chine.

Each container undergoes a series of inspections, including particles, fill level, cosmetic inspections (optional), performed by high speed cameras. The integrated electrical cabinet contains all the electronics which control the machine, including power section.
