BREVETTI CEA INSPECTION MACHINE, MODEL ATM 18/18

The machine is designed to be introduced into the modern pharmaceutical production line after the filling and sterilization line, before the labeling and packaging line. The vials and/or bottles are loaded manually onto the loading surface of the machine using trays. The rejected and approved vials and/or bottles are collected respectively in separate trays.

Basic configuration

• Mechanical module: dedicated to the transport of vials and/or bottles along the inspection path
• The electrical panel of each module complete with power circuits, control circuit, motors, etc. is integrated into the mechanical module

MACHINE FEATURES

• Mechanical speed: 18,000 vials/hour max. for 1 - 2 ml ampoule
• Rotation speed: continuously adjustable from 500 to 3000 rpm

• Height of loading/unloading table: 900 mm (adjustable ± 25 mm)

• Particle control with various types of lighting (two stations)
• Filling level and height of the ampoule (one station)
