IMA LIQUID FILLING LINE, MODEL F2000

Machine with intermittent linear transport for the distribution of liquid solutions in cylindrical containers. Particularly suitable for the processing of aseptic products, being able to operate both in a conventional sterile chamber and in isotechnics.

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• the bottles are fed via an upstream feeding belt, which introduces the bottles into the input star
• the bottles on the input star are positioned on the toothed belt on which the antistatic polyethylene shaped inserts and polyethylene contrast guides for the positive linear transport of the containers are inserted with a “quick interlocking” system
• the dosing of the bottles takes place during the translation of the conveyor
• the filling system is carried out by an external unit with 8 Felxicon peristaltic pumps, which fills the bottles by synchronizing with their movement
