The unit designed to be integrated into a wall between the production and technical areas, and executed to achieve the highest GMP levels requiring a radical separation between the production equipment and the mechanical and electro-pneumatic peripheral equipment. Only the Fluid Bed Apparatus and the membrane operator panel are located in the process area.

WORKING CHARACTERISTICS

• Typical working capacity: 15 to 50 litres (approx.)
• Typical batch size: 7.5 kg - 25 kg (average product density: 0.5 kg/l)
• Maximum working volume: 55 litres

• Granulating liquid based on purified water
• Heating range of the air at the process inlet: 750 to 1100 m3/h at 50°C (valid for empty machine)
• Dew point at the process inlet: +8 to +12 °C

• Fluid bed drying (all types of fluidised products)
• Spray granulation (all types of powdered products) by top spray procedure
• Coating of microfine products and pellets by top spray procedure
• Coating of microfine products and pellets by bottom spray procedure
