Consisting of:

1) FILLING MACHINE SFD10CP

• two filling points, distance 17.3 mm
• dosage per filling point: 0.5 to 3.5 ml
• dosage via heatable intermediate container and heatable tap head with rotary slide control (3 available each), designed for a filling temperature of approx. 40°C (heating via heating cartridges)
• continuous circulation and feeding of the mass via peristaltic pump (2 pieces available)

2) COOLING TUNNEL KTE-10 CP

• cooling path: 25 m (approx.)
• integrated cooling unit
• cooling temperature: min. 3°C
• open circuit cooling system, max. consumption 2 l/min.

3) BST-10 CP SEALING MACHINE

• production capacity: up to 8,500 suppositories/h (approx.)
• controlled preheating
• dry printing unit for coding the strip unit, printing area (height x length): 2 x 30 mm, type height 2 mm
• cutting station for the packaging unit: adjustable for 1-999 suppositories

• Format pieces available for container heights: 44 mm (1.1 g) and 51 mm (2 g)
