Steam generator for use in various sectors (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food). The generator design is based on thermosiphon technology.

• Immediate start-up: pure steam is immediately available thanks to the “Accumulator boiler” technology, and the unit can switch from standby to full capacity in a few seconds
• Unique purification system: gravitational purification principle for a better guarantee of steam purity

OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

• meets the NCG requirements of EN 285 through the development of two alternative solutions
• system entirely made of AISI 316L stainless steel
• standard finish of the active surface is smooth and flush with passivation
• mechanical or electrochemical polishing can be performed on request
• design and construction of the decontamination chamber (a completely empty column) ensure the best inspection capacity. The absence of welding drastically reduces the risk of corrosion, for a very long life of the equipment
• very compact design, requiring extremely limited space for maintenance
