High performance cartoner with continuous movement. The formats are fully registrable. With simple operations and with the substitution of some parts, it is possible to use cases with even or alternate fins, with measures included in the following limits: Width: 20 – 70 mm Height: 12 – 70 mm Length: 55 – 200 mm Machine weight: 2200 Kg. Equipment measurements: 3680 x 1660 x 1570 mm Cartoning speed: Cartoner HF 77 from 50 to 250 cases per minute. All the elements that make up the packaging advance to the introduction station, where a series of pushers introduce them into the case. During the tube insertion movement, it meets the brochure and inserts it into the case. Once the insertion is completed, the case advances towards the closing area where, with a series of enervating and folding operations of the fins, the packaging cycle is completed.
