PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• Production: 3,300 syringes/h

• can perform three operations simultaneously: one volumetric filling and two closures
• aqueous, alcoholic, sugary, foamy, viscous products can be used
• droppers, glass or plastic pipettes, nebulizers, normal or freeze-dried rubber stoppers can be introduced
• screw caps, pressure caps, rings, PFP etc. can be applied

MACHINE FEATURES

• casing and machine top are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and protect the mechanical parts from infiltration of treated products and water used for washing
• volumetric filling unit located on the top, for a vertical action of the machine. This solution avoids radial stresses and facilitates the adjustment and cleaning of the filling units
